By using this website or purchasing an Original painting or Print through it, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website.

This website is provided for browsing, learning about, and purchasing work by Jordan Morin. You agree to use it only for its intended purpose and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

We aim to describe each Original and Print accurately, including title, dimensions, and pricing. Colors and detail may vary slightly from what is displayed depending on your screen. Any information not yet finalized will be marked as pending rather than presented as confirmed.

Each Original is a one-of-one physical painting. Purchasing an Original transfers ownership of that physical painting to you. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, commercial usage rights, or any other intellectual property rights in the artwork, unless separately agreed to in writing. Jordan Morin and Morin Artworks retain the copyright and reproduction rights in the artwork.

Prints are reproductions of an Original painting. Purchasing a Print grants you ownership of that physical print only. It does not grant reproduction rights, licensing rights, or any right to use the underlying artwork commercially.

Prices for Originals and Prints are set by Morin Artworks and are subject to change without notice. Because each Original is one-of-one, availability is limited to a single unit; Prints remain available independently of whether the associated Original has sold.

Orders are placed through this website’s cart and completed on a Shopify-hosted checkout page. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline — for example, if an Original becomes unavailable before your order is confirmed.

Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment partners as part of checkout. We do not collect or store your payment card information.

Prints may be produced and fulfilled through a third-party production partner, currently Printify. Original paintings are fulfilled directly by Morin Artworks. We do not guarantee specific shipping timelines on this page; any shipping estimates provided at checkout are provided by the applicable fulfillment or shipping provider.

Morin Artworks has not yet published a formal returns or refund policy on this site. If you have a question or concern about an order, including a request to cancel, return, or exchange an item, please contact us at jordanmorinworks@gmail.com and we will work with you directly regarding your order.

All artwork images, photography, text, and design on this website are the property of Morin Artworks and Jordan Morin, or are used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing on this website grants you a license to use these materials except as necessary to browse and purchase through the site in the ordinary course.

As described above, ownership of a physical Original or Print does not include the right to reproduce, publish, license, or commercially exploit the underlying artwork or its image. Any such use requires a separate written agreement with Morin Artworks.

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it through unauthorized automated means, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

This website relies on third-party services, including Shopify (cart, checkout, and payments) and Printify (print production and fulfillment). Your use of those services as part of a purchase is also subject to their respective terms.

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morin Artworks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or a purchase made through it.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law. The specific state of governing law and venue for Morin Artworks will be confirmed here as the business is formally established.
